Mancan Staffing is assisting a well-established rubber manufacturing company in Cuyahoga Falls in hiring a dependable and experienced Material Handler. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with long-term potential and a raise upon hire!
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts to move rubber materials and products safely throughout the facility
• Load and unload shipments and deliver materials to production lines
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movement
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company policies
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed
Requirements:
• Forklift experience is required
• Valid driver's license with 2 points or fewer
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work occasional Fridays for overtime
• High School diploma or GED.
