Mancan is hiring in Bolivar! Manufacturing Laborer – Full-Time Position
We are a growing paper converting company looking to add a dedicated Manufacturing Laborer to our team. This is a hands-on, physical role involving repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
Job Overview:
• Convert large rolls of paper into various sizes for customer orders
• Operate heavy machinery and forklifts (clamp truck experience is a plus)
• Perform hand-packaging of products
• Move materials efficiently within the warehouse
Qualifications:
• Prior manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid Driver license is required as well as a high school diploma or GED.

Hours: 4-10 hour shifts M-Th and swing every 2 weeks. Our hours are 6am-4pm and 4pm-2am.
