Job Title: Machine Operator / Swiss Machinist (Entry-Level to Experienced)
Location: Lake City, PA
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM –3:30 PM
We are currently hiring for a 1st shift role at our Lake City, PA facility and are open to a range of experience levels—from individuals just getting started in manufacturing, to seasoned machinists looking to grow into a specialized role in Swiss-style machining.
* Starting at $14.50/hour
* Great opportunity to learn valuable skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment
* Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Experienced Machinists
* Practical experience with machining (lathe, mill, etc.)
* Interest in learning Swiss-style machining, a niche and highly valuable skill
* Pay is based on experience and ability starting at $14.50 and up.
✅ Requirements:
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
* Willingness to work a consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
* Strong attention to detail
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to be trained (for entry-level)
* Prior machining experience preferred for higher-level roles
