🔧 About the Role
Are you the go-to person for fixing things? We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our plant, equipment, and facilities running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with tools, and taking on new challenges, this is the job for you!
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Perform maintenance and repair work on plant equipment, machinery, and facilities
Read and follow prints, sketches, manuals, or verbal instructions to complete tasks
Install, repair, tear down, or relocate mechanical and electrical systems
Fabricate, build, or modify production equipment and production support tools
Identify and order parts needed for repairs using catalogs or parts lists
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work independently with minimal supervision
✅ What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or related experience
2–3 years of experience in mechanics, electricity, plumbing, welding, hydraulics, or machine repair
Comfortable using a variety of hand tools, machines, and working from blueprints
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a noisy, industrial environment
Above-average reasoning and problem-solving skills
Safety-minded, reliable, and ready to get the job done
