Mancan is looking for a motivated and reliable Temporary Office Assistant to support our team for approximately 6 weeks. This role involves inventory control, clerical support, and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Job Title: Office Assistant (Temporary)
Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage office inventory and supplies
Perform general clerical duties: data entry, filing, scanning, document organization
Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support office staff with various administrative tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area
Take initiative and stay productive without constant supervision
Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
