General Laborer

Mancan is seeking hardworking Weatherization Laborers to assist with energy efficiency improvements in residential and/or commercial buildings. This is a temporary, full-time position ideal for someone with basic construction experience. The ideal candidate can read a tape measure accurately, work independently or as part of a team, and follow instructions effectively.
Job Title: Weatherization Laborer
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of insulation, weather stripping, caulking, and other energy-saving materials
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly
Measure and cut materials to fit using a tape measure
Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Perform other duties as assigned by crew leader or supervisor
Qualifications:
Construction or general labor experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
