Job Scope: Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Position Responsibilities
Analyze competitors and identify new sales opportunities
Engage in customer relations across departments to ensure cohesiveness
Understand client needs and provide solutions using scripts and support tools
Research and develop leads from digital sources, directories, events, and referrals
Qualify leads from campaigns, conferences, and tradeshows
Assist in process development, training, and improvement initiatives
Identify bottlenecks and support flowcharting opportunities for better workflow
Develop and present sales metrics to leadership and sales teams
Answer client questions and manage follow-ups
Support sales team in tracking deliveries and customer satisfaction
Maintain CRM/Salesforce databases with accurate client information
Build pipelines with partners and assist clients through the closing process
Position Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Persuasive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude
Energetic, outgoing, and eager to expand company reach
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
At least 5 years of customer service or sales communication experience
Knowledge of sales process from lead generation to close
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with outbound calls, inside sales, or related fields preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
