**Job Title:** Skilled Laborer (Direct Hire – Day Shift)
**Location: Warren, Ohio
**Pay: $18.00/hr and up, based on experience
**Schedule:** Day Shift (Full-Time)
### **Job Overview:**
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced **Skilled Laborer** for a **direct hire** opportunity in the **Warren** area. This is a **day shift** position with competitive starting pay based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist with general labor tasks including assembly, installation, maintenance, or repairs
* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Support mechanical and electrical work as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
* Load/unload materials or equipment as required
* Operate a forklift (if certified or trained)
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Forklift experience** (certification a plus)
* **Mechanical and electrical knowledge**
* Experience using **hand and power tools**
* Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
### **Requirements:**
* Must pass a **background check**
