Mancan is working with a company in Holmesville looking for assemblers to join their team. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Pay is $15 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour attendance incentive for working all scheduled hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate an assembly press to fit and secure parts according to specifications.
- Measure and inspect components using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30-40 pounds regularly.
