Mancan is searching for Full-time Maintenance Assistant for a Multi Million Dollar Condo Association In Naples.
Pay rate: starts @$20 to $24 per hour depending on experience
temp to perm assignment
Mon thru Fri 8:30am to 5:00 pm with a 30 min lunch
Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Knowledge:
Mechanical - Strong Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Exceptional Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Building and Construction - Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction repair.
Public Safety and Security - Strong Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
