Massillon Mancan is currently assisting a reputable company in Dalton, OH in their search for a reliable and hands-on Manager/Supervisor to oversee their paint operation. This position involves supervising daily operations in the paint department, participating in physical labor, and managing the bundling of painted pipe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and assist in daily paint operations
• Supervise a small team and ensure production goals are met
• Assist with bundling painted pipe (bundling is performed outdoors)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and upper management
• Ensure product quality meets company standards
Requirements:
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs consistently
• Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
