Shipping Operator

Mancan Staffing is working with a leading metal fabrication facility, seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Shipping Associate to prepare packaged materials for stocking and shipping, and to load/unload trucks to meet customer requirements. This position offers steady work, pay increases, and opportunities to grow within a respected staffing agency.
Responsibilities
• Stock finished goods and load shipments following safety and material-handling procedures.
• Weigh, tag, and label bundled skids.
• Maintain clean and organized shipping and dock areas.
• Empty scrap bins and assist with packaging material.
• Use ERP software to accurately log shipments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Foreman or Plant Manager.
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hr, with increases up to $18.00–$19.00/hr based on performance and skill.
Schedule: 2nd shift - 3PM-11PM OR 3PM-1AM.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
•
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for shipment logging.
• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
