We are seeking a versatile and customer-oriented Loan Officer / Floater to join our close-knit team. This position plays a key role in supporting our lending operations while also stepping into various other roles as needed throughout the branch, including teller, member services, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Interview members to evaluate loan applications for personal, auto, and other consumer loans.
Present loan options and terms to members clearly and accurately.
Ensure compliance with credit union policies, regulations, and lending procedures.
Process, underwrite, and close loans with attention to detail and member satisfaction.
Follow up on pending applications and assist with loan servicing inquiries.
Step in wherever needed to maintain smooth branch operations, especially during staff absences or peak hours.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in consumer lending, financial services, or a related field preferred.
• Strong Cash handling skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with a small team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, financial software, and basic office equipment.
