If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps production moving, this might be the job for YOU! 💪⚙️ This role keeps the whole plant running smoothly — and they’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn! 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: • Operating equipment, machinery & hand tools • Handling raw materials and finished products • Keeping the plant clean, safe & organized • Performing safety/environmental checks • Helping with 6S & improvement activities • Training new team members (once experienced!) • Supporting production in a fast-paced environment 🕒 Schedule & Pay: • Full-time, 12-hour shifts • 6AM–6PM & 6PM–6AM (rotating) • 4 days on / 4 days off — enjoy more days off! • $20/hr 💵 💡 What We’re Looking For: • High school diploma or GED • Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts • Fast-paced manufacturing experience (steel/foundry is a bonus!) • Mobile equipment experience = extra points • Physically able to bend, stoop, lift 50 lbs • Comfortable working in hot/cold environments 💙 Why Work with Mancan?
