Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team as a Process Support Team Member. This role is essential to keeping production running smoothly. You’ll be operating equipment, handling materials, setting up processes, and helping with plant upkeep while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Schedule & Pay:
• Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Rotating 4 days on / 4 days off, including weekends
• Pay: $20..00/hr.
Responsibilities:
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies
• Operate mobile equipment, machinery, and hand tools
• Receive, store, stage, and ship raw materials and finished products
• Perform safety and environmental checks
• Keep plant and grounds clean and maintained
• Assist with 6S and other improvement activities
• Train new team members as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
• Experience in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing setting (steel/foundry experience a plus)
• Mobile equipment certification a plus
• Physically able to bend, stoop, and lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Able to work in hot and cold environments
