Material Handlers needed at manufacturing company in Chardon. Will drive stand up and sit down forklift (willing to train), pick parts off racks, pack parts in box and get ready for final shipment, load/unload trucks, possibly assist in assembly if slow, etc.

Join our Chardon manufacturing company as a Material Handler on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri). 💼 Drive forklifts (training provided!), pick, pack, and ship parts, assist in assembly if needed, and more. Pay starts at $16/hr.+ based on experience. 🛠️📦
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
Organize and store materials in designated areas.
Deliver materials to departments/workstations using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
Coordinate material flow with the team for smooth production.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Desirable Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting.
Familiarity with forklifts and material handling equipment.
Knowledge of safety procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication for team coordination.
Previous experience or precision machining knowledge is a plus!
