Utility Person

Mancan is working with a company in Winesburg seeking a utility person. Hours are Monday-Friday 9pm-6:30am. Pay is $21.58 per hour. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Load and unload materials from machines, conveyors, and transport vehicles.
* Assist machine operators with start-up, changeovers, and operation of equipment.
* Perform routine quality checks to ensure product meets company standards.
* Remove finished products and waste material from machines and workstations.
* Manually lift raw materials, packed items, and finished products as needed.
* Transfer raw materials and finished goods between storage areas and workstations by hand or using a forklift or pallet jack.
* Maintain cleanliness of work area and support housekeeping efforts.
* Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies.
* Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing is required.
* Forklift experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
* Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
* Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
