Automotive Painter

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Automotive Painter to join our team in West Lafayette, OH for weekend-only work. This position involves preparing surfaces, applying industrial coatings, and ensuring quality finishes on a variety of metal and industrial parts. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced with spray-painting techniques and industrial coatings.

Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or blasting as needed
Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns or other tools
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times
Inspect finished work for quality and consistency
Maintain painting equipment and workspace
Work independently or with a small team to meet deadlines

Requirements:
Previous industrial or commercial painting experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable transportation to/from West Lafayette, OH
Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Location: West Lafayette, Ohio
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only 6am-4pm
Pay: $15-$25/hour (Based on Experience)
