Mancan is currently seeking a hardworking and safety-minded Sandblaster to join our team in West Lafayette, OH on a weekend-only schedule. The Sandblaster is responsible for preparing metal surfaces by using abrasive blasting equipment to remove rust, paint, and other materials. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role ideal for individuals who enjoy active, shop-based work.

Responsibilities:
Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal parts
Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure proper finish
Maintain equipment and keep blasting area clean and organized
Follow all safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE
Assist with loading/unloading parts and general shop duties as needed

Requirements:
Previous sandblasting or industrial experience is a plus
Ability to wear a full-face respirator and protective gear
Physically fit: able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Reliable transportation to/from West Lafayette, OH
Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Location: West Lafayette, Ohio
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sunday6am-4pm
Pay: $12–$25/hour (Based on Experience)
