Mancan Staffing is helping a Hudson based rubber company who is seeking a 2nd shift Manufacturing Operator for their Powder Weigh Out Area.
Pay: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr BOE
Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday; 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Training on 1st Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute rubber mixing, compounding, and milling operations following established procedures and guidelines.
- Accurately weigh out materials and ingredients for production batches.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth production flow and product quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Preferred prior experience in rubber mixing, compounding, or related manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, during peak production periods.
- Willingness to complete training on the 1st shift as needed.
