**Job Title:** General Laborer - Landscaping (Seasonal/Short-term)
**Location:** Smithville, OH
**Job Description:**
A Smithville-based landscaping company is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer for a short-term project focusing on leaf pickup and general landscaping tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform leaf pickup and removal
- Assist with general landscaping tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
**Qualifications:**
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors
- Physical ability to handle the demands of landscaping work (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Prior landscaping or general labor experience is a plus but not required
**Position Details:**
