🕒 Monday–Friday, Day Shift
💰 $18–$20/hr BOE
Mancan Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Planner for a leading manufacturing company in Triadelphia! This is a full-time, weekday opportunity for someone with strong mechanical and organizational skills who enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling and coordinating repair and preventative maintenance for all plant equipment
• Assessing and prioritizing maintenance requests
• Assisting R&D with projects and efficiency improvements
• Managing parts inventory and working with outside vendors
• Supporting plant safety and housekeeping programs
Qualifications:
• 2 years of trade school or 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Understanding of production equipment and maintenance processes
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• AutoCAD experience a plus
• Forklift/scissor lift certification preferred
