Mancan has partnered with a reputable car dealership in Parkersburg, WV and is seeking an Automotive Title Clerk! This position will play a crucial role in processing vehicle registrations and titles, ensuring compliance with state regulations. If you have office experience in the automotive industry, we want to hear from YOU!
Pay: $17-$18/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Primary Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare and submit tax and title documents
-Verify the collection of funds
-Process extended service contracts
-Process yearly dealer tag renewals
-Ensure accuracy of all paperwork
-Maintain complete list of all outstanding title work and report any issues to management
Skills & Qualifications:
-Urgency & ownership mindset
-Extreme attention to detail
-Experience with WV & OH DMV processes
-Proficiency with computers and software
-Strong communicator
