Mancan is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our showroom team. This position plays a critical role in helping customers choose the right flooring solutions for their needs, while also supporting the sales process from initial consultation to job layout and material takeoff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong eye for detail, and is eager to grow into a broader sales role that may include both inside and outside sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, guiding them through flooring options and product selections
• Accurately measure job sites and create basic layout drawings to support flooring installation planning
• Perform accurate material takeoffs and calculate square footage requirements
• Read and interpret construction drawings to calculate measurements and material needs
• Prepare and present estimates to customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with installers, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom space
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure satisfaction and close sales
