Job Title: Installation Helper
Pay Rate: $15–$19 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Installation Helper to assist our lead installer with cabling and related setup work. This role does not require prior specialized experience, but some familiarity with installation or cabling is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the lead installer with running and organizing cables
• Follow instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Use basic hand tools as directed
• Work safely on ladders as needed
• Represent the company professionally while working in school environments
Requirements:
• Must be comfortable working on ladders
• Presentable appearance (appropriate for a school setting)
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
Additional Details:
• Pay based on experience: $15–$19/hour
• Brief phone screening required before placement
