Property Manager

Location: Ashtabula Facility
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:0PM
Pay: $21.63 an hour with monthly attendance bonus, commission for sales and leasing, and a $50 monthly phone allowance
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our property portfolio at the Ashtabula facility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in:
* property management,
*excellent computer skills,
* the ability to manage both indoor administrative duties and outdoor property responsibilities.
This role requires a proactive, multi-tasking professional who can ensure efficient property operations while providing outstanding service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including both office and on-site tasks
*
Oversee leasing, sales, and tenant relations to maximize occupancy and revenue
*
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and property records
*
Conduct property inspection
* oversee maintenance, and coordinate repairs
*
Address resident concerns promptly and profession
*
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulation
*
Track delinquencies and implement strategies to reduce late payment
*
Promote available properties and actively participate in sales and leasing efforts
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
*experience with mobile home communities a plus
*
Proven sales experience in property leasing or management
*
Strong computer proficiency, including property management software and Microsoft Office
*
Ability to handle both inside office duties and outside property responsibilities
*
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
