🛠️ Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Worker to join a well-established meat processing facility in the Warren, OH area! This position plays a key role in keeping the plant’s equipment running efficiently and the facility in top condition.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
⚙️ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment as needed
🔌 Work on mechanical, electrical, and welding repairs (MIG and stick)
🧰 Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
🧾 Communicate with management and team members about repair progress
🛠️ Handle general facility repairs (painting, drywall, doors, fixtures, etc.)
📚 Review manuals or blueprints when planning repair work
🤝 Coordinate with outside vendors or technicians as needed
🧹 Assist with general cleaning and facility upkeep (trash removal, mopping, wiping surfaces)
🧩 Complete other duties and projects as assigned
✅ Requirements:
🎓 High school diploma or GED
🔧 At least 2 years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
🪛 Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, welding, and basic machinery repair
🧠 Strong problem-solving and time management skills
💪 Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
📋 Ability to use hand and power tools safely
🤝 Willingness to learn and take direction
🏋️ Physical Requirements:
📦 Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
🚶 Continuous standing, walking, and handling tools
🧎 Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders
✋ Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
