Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Temporary Warehouse Associate to join our team in Conneaut, OH. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, be a self-starter, and have tow motor (forklift) experience. This position plays a key role in supporting daily shipping and inventory operations to ensure orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Pull and prepare hardware and materials for shipment according to pick lists and order documentation.
* Operate a tow motor/forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
* Accurately complete required paperwork and maintain proper inventory records.
* Inspect materials for accuracy and quality before shipment.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Work independently and take initiative to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
* Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
* Prior warehouse experience required.
* Proven experience operating a tow motor/forklift (certification preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
* Strong work ethic and self-motivation required.
Compensation & Schedule
* Pay: $17.00/hour
* Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed
