General Laborer

Mancan Staffing in partnership with a Lake City, PA facility is hiring for General Labors on 1st shift working Monday-Thursday from 6am-4pm. Pay starts out at $16 an hour.
Position Summary:
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing parts for production or shipment. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and prepare metal or plastic parts using provided equipment and materials
* Inspect parts for cleanliness and quality
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to stand for long periods and work in a manufacturing environment
* Previous manufacturing or labor experience is a plus but not required
