Mancan Staffing, in partnership with a growing facility in Lake City, PA, is hiring CNC Vertical Mill Operators for full-time opportunities! We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
If you have some mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of how machines work, we can train you! Experienced machinists are also encouraged to apply — we’ll match pay to your skill level.
Pay:
💲 $20.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience and ability)
Hours:
Monday-Thursday from 6am-4pm.
Job Duties:
* Operate CNC Vertical Milling Machines
* Load and unload parts, monitor machine operations, and ensure product quality
* Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
* Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or setup sheets (training provided)
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
* Some mechanical or machining knowledge preferred
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Reliable attendance and positive attitude
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
