Mancan Staffing, in partnership with a top manufacturing facility in Lake City, PA, is hiring Machinists to operate Vertical CNC Lathes for large-part machining.
We’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals with a mechanical mindset and a willingness to learn.
Pay:
💲 $20.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and ability
Hours:
Monday-Thursday from 6am-4pm.
Job Responsibilities:
* Operate Vertical CNC Lathes to machine large parts to specification
* Load, secure, and inspect workpieces
* Monitor operations and make basic adjustments as needed
* Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, or work instructions (training provided)
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
* Mechanical aptitude or basic machining knowledge required
* Willingness to learn and follow direction
* Reliable attendance and positive attitude
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
