Job Description:
Mancan Staffing is hiring a Panel Assembly Specialist for a well-established company located in Wheeling, WV! This full-time position is part of the Tech Services Department’s Panel Shop, where you’ll help assemble panels and enclosures for oil and gas customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with electrical assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a collaborative team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electronic schematics
• Design and lay out enclosures accurately and efficiently
• Use small hand tools safely and effectively
• Run cables and wires neatly within enclosures
• Work with low-voltage power systems
• Perform lifting, bending, and other physical tasks as required
• Maintain attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
• Collaborate positively with team members
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Education and Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
• Soldering experience
• Basic computer skills
• Prior experience in the oil and gas industry
