Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Welder with a strong background in custom metal fabrication to join our team in Mentor, OH. This position focuses on creating and installing custom-fabricated components while also supporting structural steel and millwright-related projects in the field.
The ideal candidate will have proven fabrication experience, the ability to work independently from blueprints or concept sketches, and a strong attention to detail in both fit-up and finishing.
Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality custom fabrication and welding of steel components.
* Fabricate and assemble parts based on blueprints, CAD drawings, or customer specifications
* Execute field installations and ensure all work meets structural and aesthetic standards.
* Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
* Collaborate with engineering and project teams to complete projects efficiently.
*Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of welding and fabrication experience (custom fabrication strongly preferred).
* Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
* Ability to **read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication plans**.
* Strong understanding of fabrication tools, layout, and measurement techniques.
* Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
* Prior job shop or custom fabrication experience preferred.
