Job Title: Cardboard Baler Operator – 1st Shift
Job Description:
A commercial cleaning company in Wooster is looking for a Cardboard Baler Operator to join their 1st shift team. Training starts at 8:00am, and a set schedule will be provided after training is completed.
This position involves operating a cardboard baler, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting with other cleaning or recycling duties as needed. Candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Prior industrial or warehouse experience helpful
Shift: 1st shift (training begins at 8am)
Pay: $15/hr
