**Job Description: Experienced MIG Welder**
📍 **Location**: Niles, Ohio
💰 **Pay**: $18/hr (Depending on Skill Set)
⏰ **Shift**: 1st Shift (M-F, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an **Experienced MIG Welder** to join our team in the Rubber Door Shop at a local Niles facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIG welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a basic understanding of stick welding. Proficiency in plasma cutting is a plus! **Key Responsibilities:**
🛠️ Perform MIG welding tasks with precision and skill
📏 Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine welding requirements
🔩 Use various welding equipment and tools safely and effectively
⚒️ Basic knowledge of stick welding and plasma cutting techniques
📝 Maintain quality standards by inspecting welds and making adjustments as needed
🤝 Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production
**Qualifications:**
✔️ Proven experience in MIG welding
✔️ Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
✔️ Basic knowledge of stick welding and plasma cutting
✔️ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Good communication skills
