Canton Mancan Professional Staffing Agency is assisting a North Canton company in hiring a Graphic Production Coordinator!
Are you a creative professional who loves seeing your designs come to life in finished products?
This locally owned company rarely hires — their team tends to stay for years — but they’re now seeking a talented Graphic Production Coordinator to join their close-knit, long-standing staff.
This is an in-office position and a key role connecting sales, marketing, and production. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and organized, with a hands-on approach to managing multiple projects. You’ll handle everything from graphic design and typesetting to light project management and production work such as heat transfer and sublimation printing (training provided).
You’ll also play a role in maintaining the company website, social media presence, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and prepare artwork and production-ready files for plaques, awards, and signage.
Collaborate with sales, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely project completion.
Operate heat transfer and sublimation printing equipment (training available).
Maintain and update the company’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
Support marketing efforts through digital and print campaigns
Keep files and artwork organized while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, printing, or marketing-related roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
Experience with digital printing or production processes prefer
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Basic understanding of website management and social media marketing a plus.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p
Pay range: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience.
