🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components using various hand tools and follow work instructions accurately
Build extension ladders according to guidelines and safety standards
Perform repetitive tasks requiring good hand-eye coordination
Read and write in English to follow detailed work instructions and complete documentation
Lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, and standing
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors
🔹 Requirements:
Experience with industrial machinery (punch press, brake press, etc.)
Previous work in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred
Familiarity with hand tools and safe operation practices
Ability to read and write in English
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion throughout shift
Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record
Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction
🔹 Shift & Pay:
1st Shift Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Pay Rate: $15/hour
