Accounts Payable Associate

Immediately seeking an Account Payable Mananger with the rate of pay of $60-$65k/year . This is a position for a great company in Delaware, Ohio.
Requirements: manage A/P department and performing A/P processes for multiple companies which includes looking up receivers, keying invoices, getting check runs ready and matching checks and ACH payments to invoices, uploading Positive Pay files to banking website, filing, reviewing suppliers’ monthly statements, ACH set up, new supplier set up, month end closing, communicating with suppliers via email and phone, working closely with purchasing/receiving departments of all companies.
Hours are 5:00am - 3:30pm - and or 2:00 pm - 12:00 am with occasional overtime/Saturdays and / or Sundays.
