We’re looking for a **dedicated Janitor** to help keep the plant clean, safe, and running smoothly. The ideal person takes pride in their work and understands that a clean workspace makes everything else possible.
**Job Duties:**
✨ Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and common areas
🧽 Empty trash, clean restrooms, and restock supplies
🧰 Wipe down machinery, surfaces, and break areas
🚪 Help maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
⚙️ Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance needs
**Requirements:**
✅ Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
✅ Reliable, responsible, and takes pride in their work
✅ Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
✅ Must be dependable and willing to learn
