We are currently searching for dependable Crane Operators for a reputable manufacturing facility in Wickliffe! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn unique systems, and grow with a long-standing company. 🏗️
💵 Pay: Starting at $18.50/hr
🕒 Shifts: Multiple shifts available — flexibility encouraged
Potential schedules include:
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 🌞
• 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM 🌙
• 12:00 AM – 12:30 PM 🕛
(All schedules provided ahead of time)
🛠️ Position Overview:
• Operate overhead crane systems (training provided)
• Assist with moving materials and supporting production needs
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
✅ Requirements:
• Reliable attendance & strong work ethic ⏰💪
• Willingness to learn and be trained on crane operation 🎓
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Industrial / manual labor experience preferred but not required
🏭 Work Environment:
This is a hands-on industrial setting — no heat in the winter, no AC in the summer.
Dress for the environment and expect to get dirty.
Uniform provided upon permanent hire.
