💼 Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Experienced Sales Representative to join our growing door manufacturing team in Niles, OH. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and field crews. This role involves visiting job sites, evaluating product needs, preparing accurate quotes, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
📋 Visit customer job sites to assess product and project needs
🔍 Determine appropriate door products and solutions based on site requirements
🏭 Return to the shop to review inventory and prepare detailed quotes
💬 Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and field crews
💻 Use computer systems to prepare quotes, track sales, and manage inventory
🧾 Maintain accurate records of all quotes, communications, and follow-ups
🤝 Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
✔️ Proven experience in sales (construction or building materials experience preferred)
✔️ Strong computer and organizational skills
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔️ Reliable transportation is required
✔️ Ability to work independently and alongside field crews
✔️ Must submit a current resume and participate in an in-person interview
✔️ Must pass a background check and drug screening
