Machine Operator

Mancan Norwalk has partnered with a premier manufacturing facility in the Norwalk/Milan area and we are currently seeking machine operators.
Hours are 6:00a – 2:30p or 2:30p-11:00p Monday-Friday
Pay rate is $18 to 21.00 per hour based on experience
Operators will be responsible for both overseseing and taking part in the manufacturing and loading of a product, as well as varioous jobs that arise throughout the pre and post production process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading in the manufacturing process of a product.
Overseeing and performing production operations.
Check quality of the product and ensure products are being produced according to specifications.
Follow all safety protocols, policies and procedures.
Ensure machinery is being cleaned and sanitized as needed.
Skills:
Physically able to regulary perform manual labor.
Proficient in measurements, capable of accurately reading a tape measure.
Capable of operating heavy machinery
Lead by example attitude.
Show initiative and perform quality checks.
Mechanically inclined.
Must pass drug test and background check
