Mancan is working with a company in Killbuck seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) General Laborer / Production Trainer to join their growing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, great pay, and a supportive work environment.
Schedule:
• Monday–Thursday: 6am–4pm
• Fridays: 6am–2pm as needed
• Occasional Saturdays for overtime based on production demand
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Assembly
• Assemble rubber hoses onto forms according to production specifications.
• Operate tools and equipment safely, following all company guidelines.
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50lbs to designated production areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production.
Finishing & Packaging
• Perform trimming, inspection, and packaging of finished rubber products.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Accurately label and prepare items for shipment.
• Work in a hot, wet environment and stand for long periods throughout the shift.
Training & Bilingual Support
• Serve as a liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking team members, ensuring clear communication and understanding of procedures.
• Deliver training on production processes, quality expectations, and safety practices.
• Translate training materials and safety instructions as needed.
• Identify and report training gaps, recommending improvements or additional support where necessary.
• Provide ongoing support to new hires to help them adjust and meet production goals.
Requirements:
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, and standing for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a hot and wet production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
