**Position: General Laborer**
**Location:** Fairview, PA
**Shift:** 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
**Pay Rate:** $16 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers in Fairview, PA. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in our operations by preparing materials for painting and undertaking various tasks essential to our manufacturing processes. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs comfortably.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Material Preparation:** Primarily responsible for preparing materials for the painting process, ensuring surfaces are appropriately prepped and ready for painting procedures.
- **Quality Checks:** Perform quality checks on materials to guarantee they meet our standards before proceeding to the next phase of production.
- **Assistance Across Operations:** Offer support in various aspects of manufacturing processes as required, maintaining flexibility to handle different tasks efficiently.
- **Adherence to Safety Protocols:** Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
**Requirements:**
- **Previous Experience:** While experience is preferred, we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn and contribute to our team.
- **Physical Capability:** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials, standing for extended periods, and operating basic tools and equipment.
- **Detail-Oriented:** Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of work performed.
- **Team Player:** Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
