Massillon Mancan is assisting a local garage door company in their search for a warehouse/customer service associate.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
(One day per week will start at 7:15am to ride to another location to assist.)
Pay: $15/hour as a temp | $16/hour once hired on
Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to join a small, close-knit team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of office and hands-on warehouse work. Approximately 70% of the job involves office responsibilities such as answering phones, responding to customer emails, taking and entering orders, and performing general data entry. The remaining 30% will involve loading and unloading trucks, keeping the warehouse organized, and assisting with deliveries as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry and maintain order records
• Load and unload trucks and assist with general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Occasionally travel to assist another location (company vehicle provided)
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with 2 points or less
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse setting
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes or materials as needed
• Experience hauling a trailer is a plus
