Northfield Mancan is assisting a Twinsburg company who is searching for 1st shift Assemblers. This is a 5am-1:30pm shift Monday-Friday and the starting pay will be $16 an hour. A Twinsburg company is searching for a 1st shift Assembler. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for building wire harnesses on a board. This role requires precision, focus, and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Wire Harness Assembly: Construct wire harnesses by following detailed instructions and diagrams. Connect wires, cables, and components accurately.
Quality Control: Inspect completed wire harnesses to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies.
Stand All Day: This position involves standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and comfortable standing throughout the workday.
Experience: While this is an entry-level position, prior experience in wire harness assembly is highly desirable. We value candidates who have worked in a similar role before.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals. Effective communication and teamwork are essential.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Reliable and punctual.
