2nd shift in Alliance Waxer Operator –

Position Summary
Responsible for safely operating waxer machinery to produce quality products according to job specifications. Ensures materials are prepared correctly, meets food safety and quality standards, and completes all required production documentation. Cross-training and ERP transactions are part of the role to support flexibility and efficiency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify all materials per work order and bill of materials. Inspect mill rolls and 6" cores; report or separate damaged materials. Review job specs such as grade, size, temperatures, and settings before production. Operate waxer equipment while monitoring for quality and food safety. Take/document product weight samples and compare to requirements. Label completed rolls with accurate job details. Move finished product safely and complete all production reports. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standar

Secondary Responsibilities:
Monitor machine performance and report issues. Safely operate lift tables and material handling equipment. Perform cross-trained duties as needed and complete ERP transactions. Carry out other tasks assigned by manement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read a tape measure, interpret work orders, and perform basic math. Able to lift and position a 135-lb shaft with assistance.
