Job Description:
We are currently seeking General Laborers to assist with unloading trucks at our location in Minerva. This is a temporary part-time position with a competitive hourly wage of $15. The primary responsibility of this role is to help unload trucks, ensuring the efficient and safe transfer of goods from the truck to the designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
Unload Trucks: Safely and efficiently unload goods from trucks, ensuring that items are handled with care to prevent damage.
Physical Requirements: The role involves bending, lifting, and carrying objects of varying sizes and weights lifting 30 pounds. Applicants must be physically capable of performing these tasks without risking personal injury.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and organized unloading process.
Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during the unloading process.
Efficiency: Work efficiently to maintain a steady workflow and meet unloading quotas within the assigned time frame.
Organization: Arrange unloaded items in the designated storage areas or follow specific instructions for their placement.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with supervisors and team members to ensure a well-coordinated unloading process.
