Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
Pay: $14–$15 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Description: Mancan is seeking a friendly, motivated Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This position plays a key role in supporting both our customers and our outside sales staff. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and creative, with the ability to handle daily sales and service tasks while contributing to marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in our storefront
• Provide support to outside sales representatives
• Research and source products for customer orde
• Generate new sales leads and follow up on existing leads
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory tracking and organizatio
• Create flyers and basic marketing materials
• Manage and post social media content
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Creative and comfortable designing simple marketing materials
• Familiarity with social media platforms (posting, content creation)
