Position: Inside Sales/Marketing Assistant – Industrial Tools & Products
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales/Marketing Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys uncovering new business opportunities. This role serves as a key liaison between the internal sales team and an outside marketing firm, helping strengthen customer relationships, support sales efforts, and drive brand visibility.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with Inside Sales Representatives to support customer outreach and lead generation efforts
Collaborate with the outside marketing firm to execute campaigns, manage projects, and align messaging
Build and maintain customer and prospect lists, ensuring consistent and accurate follow-up
Assist with email marketing campaigns, outreach strategies, and social media/LinkedIn engagement
Perform research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and project progress with strong attention to detail
