Job Description & Responsibilities
The Communications Systems Technician will perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a variety of commercial radio communication systems, including:
• Commercial radio infrastructure systems
• Configured radio systems and integrated communication setups
• End-user radio equipment
• Equipment testing, calibration, and performance evaluation
• Field service calls during normal business hours and after-hours as needed
• On-site support both indoors and outdoors in various environments
• On-call availability 24 hours for customer service needs

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work both inside and outside in varying conditions
• Associate degree (2-year) in an electronics-related field, IT, or equivalent technical training
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs

Schedule
• Typically 40–50 hours per week
• Field service calls during regular and after-hours
• On-call 24 hours for urgent customer needs
